Mr. Qaium appeared before High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh today on behalf of 119 freedom fighters in two separate Writ Petitions challenging cancellation of Gazette containing 1134 freedom fighters. High Court Division has stayed the operation of Governments decision cancelling the Gazette till reopening of the Court.
